The package

• $32-45/hour (depends on the city’s cost of living)
• $13,500 bonus

What we actually do for you

Visa: We sponsor TN visas (Canada/Mexico) or EB-3 Green Cards (everywhere else). We handle the paperwork.

Licensing: We guide you through getting your US RN license and taking the NCLEX if you haven’t yet.

Relocation: We pay your flight, help you find housing near work in a good area, and cover your first 2 months of rent.

Support: You get a Clinical Nurse Advocate—an RN who’s done this before—to help you adjust to US hospitals and check in with you regularly.

The work

Acute care nursing in US hospitals. Assessing patients, administering meds, monitoring vitals, updating care plans, working with healthcare teams. Standard RN stuff, just in America.

Who can apply

• Have acute care experience or haven’t been out of it for more than 2 years
• Passed NCLEX or willing to
• Speak English well
• Flexible about where in the US you’ll work
• Pass a background check
