What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a boring desk job—you’ll be active and outdoors every day. You will be involved in every stage of a plant’s life, from small perennials to massive 100-gallon trees.

Your daily tasks will include:

Plant Care: Trimming, pruning, weeding, and watering to keep our stock healthy.
Production: Helping with the “potting” process as plants grow into larger containers.
Maintenance: Keeping the irrigation systems running smoothly and maintaining our windbreak shelter belts.
Equipment Operation: Depending on your skills, you might operate forklifts to load trucks or drive tractors to till and cultivate the land.
Optional Driving: If you have a clean driving record, there may be opportunities to help transport tools, supplies, or teammates (this is completely optional!).

You don’t need years of nursery experience to start with us—we value a strong work ethic above all else.

Ready to Learn: You’ll be taught how to blend soil, apply fertilizers, and handle specialized farm equipment.
