What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the crew that ensures our members wake up to a perfect course every single day. It’s physical, rewarding work in one of the most beautiful settings on Earth.
- Manicuring the Course: You’ll operate mowers and trimmers to keep the greens, tees, and fairways looking sharp.
- The Finishing Touches: From raking sand bunkers and setting tee markers to planting flowers and pruning shrubs, you’re the one who makes the details pop.
- Equipment Care: You’ll look after your gear—checking fuel levels and keeping your tools clean and ready for action.
- Special Projects: Sometimes you’ll help with bigger tasks, like laying new sod, fixing irrigation lines, or even helping build new greens from the ground up.
Who You Are
We’re looking for people who take pride in a job well done and don’t mind getting their hands dirty.
- Experienced: You’ve spent at least 3 months working on a golf course maintenance or construction crew before.
- Active & Ready: You’re comfortable being on your feet for long shifts (8+ hours), working outdoors in the Hawaii sun, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Communicative: You can read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Licensed: You have a valid driver’s license (international equivalents are totally fine!).
- Flexible: The course is busiest on weekends and holidays, so we’ll need you to be available then, too.
