What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

Our Stewards are the backbone of our kitchen. Without you, the whole operation stops! You aren’t just “washing dishes”—you’re ensuring that our culinary team has the tools they need to succeed and that our members enjoy a spotless dining experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

Keeping the kitchen sparkling (sweeping, mopping, and detailing equipment).
Managing the dish station with care—handling fine china, glassware, and cutlery.
Organizing and storing kitchen tools so they’re ready for the next rush.
Working safely with cleaning supplies and maintaining sanitation logs.
Pitching in wherever the team needs you most.

Who We’re Looking For

We need people who take pride in their work and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Since we are a high-end private club, we look for:

Experience: At least 3 months in a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
Language: You should be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Physicality: You’ll be on your feet for shifts longer than 8 hours, lifting up to 40 lbs, and moving between indoor and outdoor areas.
Flexibility: We operate when our members are hungry! This means working weekends, holidays, and a mix of breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts.
