What You’ll Be Doing

In a busy scratch kitchen, the dishwasher is the backbone of the operation. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment to make sure the chefs and guests have everything they need.

Your main tasks:

Operating and cleaning the industrial dishwashing machine.
Hand-washing pots, pans, and specialized kitchen tools.
Keeping your work area organized, safe, and sparkling clean.
Helping out other kitchen staff with inventory and stocking when things get busy.

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who takes pride in their work and shows up with a positive attitude.

Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
Skills: You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions and stay calm when the kitchen gets busy.
Experience: Knowing your way around a dish machine is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
Certification: You’ll need to get a Food Handler’s Card within your first 30 days.
