The Deal

• A Real Future: We start you off with a 2-year work visa, and if things go well, we can help you extend it even longer.
• The Work: You’ll be handling wall painting and drywall installation. Since everyone has different strengths, we’ll match you with a specific project once we see your experience and chat with you.
• The Hours: You’ll get a minimum of 40 hours a week—steady work and a steady paycheck.
• Rest: You get 20 days of paid vacation every year to rest or explore.

What we need from you

• Experience: You’ve been doing this for at least 3 years. You know your way around a site and take pride in your finish.
• Communication: You can speak good English. You don’t need to be a poet, but you need to be able to talk with the team and stay safe on the job.
