What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

Your main goal is to keep our guest rooms looking perfect. Whether a guest is staying another night or a new traveler is checking in, you’ll be the one ensuring they walk into a clean, welcoming space.

Your responsibilities will include:

Deep Cleaning: Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting to our high service standards.
Restocking: Keeping rooms stocked with fresh towels and amenities.
Communication: Letting the team know when a room is ready and reporting any maintenance needs.
Guest Interaction: Being a friendly face! You’ll respond to guest questions and offer directions with a smile.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: You’ve done professional cleaning before (hotel experience is a big plus!).
Communication: Basic English is required so you can help our guests with simple questions about the hotel.
Physical Stamina: This is an active job! You’ll be standing, bending, and moving for long periods, and you’ll need to be able to push a supply cart and lift about 25–50 lbs.
Flexibility: Our guests visit us every day of the week, so we need a team that’s willing to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
