Are you looking for a teaching role where you can truly bond with your students? We are looking for a native English speaker to join our kindergarten in Guangzhou as a Homeroom Teacher.

Unlike many roles where you jump from class to class, as a Homeroom Teacher, you get to stay with your “tribe” of little learners (ages 2–6) and watch them grow every single day. If you have a heart for early childhood education and want to live in one of China’s most modern, “foodie” cities, we’d love to have you on board.

What your week looks like

• The Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. You get your weekends completely free to explore the Canton Tower, the Pearl River, or take a quick train trip to Hong Kong!
• Small Class Sizes: We keep our classes small—maximum 16 students—so you can actually teach instead of just managing a crowd.
• Fuel for the Day: We provide a working lunch at the school, so that’s one less thing for you to worry about.

• Great Salary: A monthly pay of 20K–23K RMB, which goes a long way in Guangzhou.
• Visa Support: We provide and handle your Z-Visa (Work Visa) so you can enter the country legally and safely.

Is this you?

To keep things moving quickly with the visa process, we’re looking for candidates who meet these criteria:

• Native English Speaker: This is a requirement for the Z-visa in this region.
• Qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and a TEFL or TESOL certificate.
• Ready & Prepared: You’ll need to have your degree, TEFL, and a clean criminal record check notarized and authenticated (we can guide you through this!).
• Experience: If you’ve got at least a year of teaching under your belt, that’s a huge plus.
• The Vibe: We are looking for a patient, energetic “Homeroom Hero” (the school has a preference for female teachers for this specific age group).
