Job Position: Work in Bahrain as a Waitress – Visa Sponsorship Available!
Company: Al Ghalia
Salary: BHD 160–180 per month + benefits
Location: Manama, Bahrain

Are you a “people person” with a knack for great service? Mei Ling isn’t just another restaurant in Bahrain—it’s one of the most elegant fine-dining spots in Manama. We’re looking for Waitresses who don’t just “take orders,” but actually enjoy making a guest’s night special.

If you’ve got a background in upscale hospitality and want to take your career international, we’ll handle the move for you. We’re a supportive team, we work hard, and we make sure our staff is taken care of.

What the job actually looks like

You’ll be the face of Mei Ling. On a typical shift, you’ll be:

  • Setting the Tone: Welcoming guests with a warm, professional smile and getting them settled.
  • Being the Expert: Knowing the menu inside out so you can give great recommendations on food and drinks.
  • Keeping the Flow: Working closely with the kitchen to make sure everything comes out perfectly and on time.
  • Thinking Ahead: Refilling a glass or bringing a napkin before the guest even has to ask.

Why you’ll love moving here

We know moving to a new country is a massive step, so we make it as easy as possible:

  • Tax-Free Money: Your salary (plus service charges and a food allowance) goes straight into your pocket.
  • Free Housing & Transport: We provide your accommodation and a bus to get you to and from work every day.
  • We’ve Got You Covered: From Visa Sponsorship and health insurance to washing your uniform, we handle the boring stuff.
  • Going Home: We provide an annual flight ticket so you can visit your family once a year.

Is this you?

  • Experience: You’ve worked in fine dining or a high-end hotel before. You know what “luxury service” feels like.
  • The Look: You take pride in a professional appearance and a calm, composed demeanor (even when the dining room is packed!).
  • Communication: Your English is strong, and you’re comfortable chatting with guests from all over the world.
  • Flexibility: You’re ready to work the busy shifts—evenings, weekends, and holidays.
