We’re bringing on a Senior Integration Engineer to help us build and deploy an enterprise-grade AI voice agent system for one of the largest companies in the world.

If you love taking complex backend systems—CRM, ERP, real-time voice pipelines, LLMs—and making them talk to each other seamlessly, this is your playground. You’ll be the bridge connecting modern conversational AI with heavy-duty enterprise infrastructure.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll have full ownership over your integrations and get to solve real technical puzzles without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build the Connectors: Design and deploy robust integrations between AI voice agents, speech models (STT/TTS), LLMs, and core backend services.
Handle Real-Time Communication: Work heavily with REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven data flows to keep voice latency virtually non-existent.
Integrate Key Systems: Connect AI workflows directly into internal CRM, ERP (like SAP), and ticketing platforms.
Troubleshoot & Fix: Own the debugging process across networking, APIs, data mapping, and auth protocols when things don’t talk to each other properly.
Collaborate & Document: Work directly with backend engineers, QA, and client technical teams while keeping API specs and system diagrams clean and useful.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 3 years in backend software engineering, API integration, or system architecture.
Core Tech: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, Java, or similar backend languages.
API Expertise: Deep knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, JSON, and secure authentication methods.
Problem Solver: Comfortable taking ambiguous technical requirements and running with them independently.
Communication: Clear verbal and written English skills for working alongside technical stakeholders and client teams.

Bonus Points For

Experience with AI voice platforms, conversational AI, or call center tech.
Working knowledge of LLMs, speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) pipelines.
Hands-on experience with enterprise middleware (SAP, WebLogic) or complex on-prem/cloud hybrid setups.

Logistics, Visa & Contract Details

Start Date: Immediate or short notice preferred.
Contract Structure: Initial 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extending to 6 months or transitioning into a permanent full-time position based on performance.
Visa Details: For candidates outside Saudi Arabia, we provide Business Visa assistance for the project duration. (Please note: Iqama transfer or full Iqama sponsorship is not available for this role).
