Hey everyone! We’re expanding our team at Melton Signature Gents Salon in Al Nahda 2, and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced barber who takes real pride in their craft.

We run a clean, modern, eco-conscious shop where quality comes first. We cater to a great mix of regulars, walk-ins, adults, and kids, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t just good with clippers, but also great with people.

The Role

Performing sharp haircuts, clean fades, beard trims, classic shaves, and styling.
Talking with clients to figure out what look suits them best and giving solid grooming advice.
Keeping your station clean, hygienic, and ready for the next guest.
Working shifts that include evenings and weekends (our peak times).

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience as a professional barber.
Strong skills across various tools, techniques, and modern trends.
A friendly, positive attitude that makes clients feel welcome and keeps them coming back.
Someone who loves learning and growing in the trade.

The Details & Perks

Salary: AED 1,800 to AED 3,000 / month (based on your experience).
Visa: Full visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates.

Location: 1st Floor, Union Coop, Al Nahda 2, Dubai (super easy access with public transport right nearby and 2 hours free parking).
