What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

You’ll be right in the heart of the action. This isn’t a “one-station” kind of job—we need someone who can handle the full spectrum of the menu:

• The Full Menu: You’ll be responsible for everything from starters and soups to those perfect authentic breads and desserts.
• Service Variety: One day might be a busy a la carte dinner service, the next might be a large-scale buffet or a high-volume catering order.
• Kitchen Culture: We keep a very clean, organized, and safe kitchen. We expect you to treat your workspace with respect to minimize waste and keep things running smoothly.
• Creativity: While we have a concept our customers love, we want you to bring your ideas to the table. If you have a way to enhance a flavor or create a new “must-try” dish, we want to hear it!

Who You Are

We are a team that works hard, so we’re looking for someone who stays calm when the orders start piling up.

• The Expert: You’ve spent at least 8 years in professional kitchens perfecting Moghulai cuisine. You have the papers and references to show for your hard work.
• The Professional: You hold a kitchen hygiene certificate and understand that food safety is non-negotiable.
• The Teammate: You communicate clearly, treat your colleagues with respect, and know how to lead by example during a rush.

Moving to Copenhagen
