We’re looking for 120 reliable people to join our crew at FCH Harvesting LLC for the upcoming blueberry season. It’s a short but intense harvest, and we need a team that’s ready to jump in and help us get the berries from the bushes to the boxes!

The Essentials

The Pay: $12.78 per hour.
The Hours: Full-time (around 35 hours per week).
The Dates: This is a quick one! We start on July 6th and wrap up around August 3rd.
The Spot: You’ll be working on-site in Garland, NC.

What the Day Looks Like

Most of your day will be spent out in the fields hand-picking blueberries. Because it’s a farm, we all help out with whatever needs doing to keep things moving. You might also:

Help out with the harvesting machines.
Grade, stack, and load up the berries for transport.
Do some general farm maintenance like weeding, pruning, or just keeping the site clean.

A quick heads-up: This is a physical job. You’ll be outdoors in the North Carolina summer—which means sun, heat, and sometimes a bit of rain or wind. You’ll be on your feet, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience: You’ve got at least 2 months of harvesting or farm work under your belt.
Reliability: This harvest moves fast, so we really need people who are punctual and dependable every single day.
Quality: We take pride in our berries! We need folks who pay attention to detail to make sure we’re only packing the best fruit.
Safety: You’re good at following directions and keeping things safe for yourself and the rest of the crew.
