Job Description

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure a smooth finish.
• Mix and match paint colors according to specifications, ensuring the correct shade and consistency.
• Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing, ensuring even coverage.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality, identifying and correcting any imperfections or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and clean spray painting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols, wearing protective gear and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Document work performed, including materials used and any issues encountered during the process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve skills and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Aramco approval certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in spray painting is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spray-painting role or similar position.
• Proficient in the use of spray-painting equipment and tools, including airless and HVLP sprayers.
• Strong understanding of different paint types, their applications, and drying times.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and color codes with precision.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in paint application and handling.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.
• Good physical stamina and coordination, capable of standing for long periods and working in various environments.
• Effective communication skills, able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the painting industry.
