Location: Seoul, Daejeon, Incheon, Daegu, Busan – South Korea.

We’re offering paid TEFL internships for those ready to take on a challenge. You’ll complete a 120-hour TEFL course (included), and then begin your teaching placement in either a private language academy (Hagwon) or a public school.

• Private Schools (Hagwons):
  Teach around 30–35 hours per week
  Smaller classes (8–15 students)
  Schedules may include morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
• Public Schools:
  Regular hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
  Larger class sizes (20–30)
  You might teach at more than one location
  You’ll usually co-teach with a Korean teacher

Before your placement starts, you’ll enjoy a week-long orientation where you’ll learn basic Korean, try Taekwondo, cook local dishes, and settle in with confidence.

Locations

You could be placed in:

• Seoul
• Busan
• Incheon
• Daegu
• Daejeon

Placements are available throughout the year, so you can apply whenever you’re ready!

Who Can Apply?

To join, you must:

• Be a native English speaker from UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
• Be between 21 and 35 years old
• Have no serious health issues or criminal record
• Be okay with traveling alone (visa is single status only)
• Have no visible tattoos that can’t be covered
• Complete the 120-hour TEFL course we provide
