We’re currently looking for a skilled Joinery Draughtsman to join our team in Dubai. If you’re someone who enjoys turning design ideas into clear, practical drawings — and you’ve worked with joinery before — this might be the right fit for you.

Here’s what the role involves

• You’ll be preparing detailed shop drawings based on architectural and interior design plans.
• We’ll count on you to coordinate with engineers, consultants, and our engineering head to make sure everything lines up clearly.
• Using AutoCAD (or similar software), you’ll produce accurate drawings for our production team.
• You’ll also work closely with the factory manager and site teams to make sure the details actually work on the ground.
• Sometimes you’ll need to communicate with external manufacturers and visit job sites to take measurements or templates.
• We really value quality, so checking your own work before handing it over is important.

What we’re looking for

• A diploma in architecture or something related
• At least 3 years of experience with joinery drawings
• Good understanding of joinery detailing and materials
• You should be able to read architectural and ID drawings confidently
• Clear, professional communication and a team-first attitude
