Your Role with Us

At Résidence L’Aiglon, we are dedicated to providing top-quality care for our elderly residents in a warm and respectful environment. We are looking for an Aide-Soignante who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

As part of our team, you will

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care
• Help with meal assistance and feeding
• Provide mobility support and help with repositioning
• Administer medications (under supervision)
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, creating a friendly and caring atmosphere

We are looking for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about enhancing the lives of others.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Aide-Soignante or in a similar healthcare role
• Fluent in French (C1 level or higher)
• A valid Category B driving license
• If you’re not eligible to work in Belgium, we offer visa sponsorship for qualified applicants!

The ideal candidate will be caring, attentive, and able to work collaboratively with our small, supportive team.
