Hey there! Looking for honest outdoor work where you can stay active, earn good money, and be part of a solid team? We’re hiring hand harvesters to help us through the upcoming season in Florida. No fancy degrees needed—just a strong work ethic and the ability to handle the Florida weather.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Harvesting fruits and veggies by hand out in the fields
• Constantly moving—bending, lifting, crouching, and walking throughout the day
• Lifting baskets or containers up to 60 lbs
• Working in the sun, rain, heat, and even a little cold (yep, Florida can surprise you)
• Following food safety rules and listening to your crew leader
• Pitching in wherever needed on the farm—every day’s a little different!

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve done farm work before—at least 3 months
• You can handle long hours outside, no matter the weather
• You’re physically fit and don’t mind heavy lifting
• You’re okay with early mornings, changing tasks, and following simple instructions
• You’re a team player who wants to do honest work and go home feeling accomplished
