Grain Production Workers - Seasonal Job in USA

Job Position: Grain Production Workers – Seasonal Job in USA
Company: Cargill’s Agricultural Supply Chain (CASC)
Salary: $25/hour + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Alberta, Minnesota, USA

We’re hiring seasonal workers at Cargill to help with grain handling this season. If you like working with your hands, don’t mind being on the move, and want a steady job with a great team, this could be just what you’re looking for.

Here’s what your day might look like

  • Moving grain around — loading and unloading trucks, barges, and railcars
  • Keeping the equipment in good shape so everything runs smoothly
  • Helping out with cleaning and making sure the place stays safe
  • Working with your teammates and providing good customer service
  • Following safety rules to keep everyone protected
  • Doing some other tasks that pop up during the day

What you need to bring

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the US (sorry, no visa sponsorship)
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active — bending, climbing, kneeling, and all that good stuff
  • Be able to understand and speak English and handle basic computer tasks
  • Be comfortable working both indoors and outside in all kinds of weather, wearing safety gear
  • Not afraid of heights — sometimes you’ll be working 4 feet off the ground or higher

Extra brownie points if

  • You’re flexible with your schedule and can pitch in on weekends, holidays, or overtime when needed

How to Apply

We’ll give you a shout from a (952) phone number if you’re a good fit. Just so you know, we don’t cover relocation costs for this role.
