Hey there! We’re looking for hardworking folks to help us with this year’s sugarcane harvest. If you’re good with big machines, don’t mind getting a little muddy, and enjoy working outside—this could be the perfect gig for you.
We’ve got 200 spots open for seasonal equipment operators, and we’d love to have you on board.
What the Job Looks Like
- Driving big trucks to haul sugarcane from the fields to the mill (CDL needed)
- Running tractors and harvesters
- Picking up fallen cane and helping load/unload it
- Cleaning and maintaining the equipment
- Doing general farm work like tilling soil and keeping things running smoothly
- Early mornings — we’re talking 3:00 AM some days
- Working in shifts and sometimes weekends if the harvest is rolling
What You’ll Need
- At least 3 months experience driving farm equipment or hauling sugarcane
- A CDL license (if you’ll be driving trucks)
- A clean driving record
- Be okay working outside in hot, cold, or rainy weather
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work long hours
- Pass a physical exam (we’ll take care of the cost)
- Be drug-free (yes, we test after hiring — no surprises)
