What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA or Master’s? Even better)
• 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years leading a team
• A solid grasp of IFRS and tax regulations in the GCC
• Audit firm background? That’s a big plus
• Good experience with financial reporting, budgets, and compliance
• Bonus points for knowing your way around Oracle
• You’ll need an attested degree (required for work visa)
• Ready to start immediately or within short notice

Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

1- Lead & Motivate:
Run the accounting team, set goals, and help everyone do their best work.

2- Numbers & Reports:
Take charge of financial statements, month-end closes, and presenting numbers to leadership.

3- Compliance is Key:
Make sure everything is above board — from VAT to corporate tax and IFRS standards.

4- Audit Champion:
Work with internal and external auditors and keep us audit-ready.

5- Budget Like a Boss:
Help build annual budgets, monitor variances, and provide financial insights.

6- Smarter Systems:
Find ways to improve and automate accounting processes for more efficiency.
